Using this app, you can get information about all the facilities of the Municipal Corporation, as well as register complaints. The full details of the registered complaints are visible on this app, and the diagnosis report is also visible.

The app will let you book tickets for all the monuments of Agra such as,

The software team from Ahmedabad trained the municipal officers and employees for this app which aided them to resolve all the received within due time.

Not only city bus fare and schedule, but the ticket booking of roadways buses, IRCTC, Red Bus etc., is feasible from Mera Agra App. When the metro train starts running in the city, the details of its route, fare, location etc., will also be available.

There is also a feature in the app that saves tourists from getting caught by frauds. You will have complete details with mobile numbers, registration numbers, and photos of approved guides in Agra. Tourists can book them directly from the app. 

Because of the photo’s authentication, the guide can not assign someone else their role. Tourists can also leverage virtual tours of all the monuments on the app.

E-challan of traffic can be deposited

With the app, online challans captured by city cameras are possible to submit. Challans which are in court can also deposit through e-court challan. 

Along with all the basic facilities around information about markets, petrol pumps, hotels, restaurants, ATMs etc. will also be available.

Helpline and program information

People can upload information about the programs happening in the city on this app. After giving information about any program on the app, the team will verify it, and the public interest can be visible under the “Upcoming Programs”. 

Along with the control room helpline, all the other helpline numbers such as electricity, road, water, cleanliness, etc., will be present in the app.

In an emergency, a message of assistance will be sent automatically to four people through SOS, and photographs get uploaded to the group problem.
